Free flying wing pilots that are not holding a licence issued by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia i.e. they are licence holders issued by foreign states aviation authorities or other entity, that is authorized by the regulations of that state for issuance of that licence, are prohibited to perform flights on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia if they are not organized or coordinated by an authorized training centre and/or free flying wing instructor certified/authorized by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.
